Okay lovely ladies, I get asked alot if I am able to cover-up a tattoo in some pretty visible areas ( shoulder, back, wrist… and other areas) and my answer is always the same, “Of course! But why?” The answers always vary. Sometimes the reason may be because a parent may not be aware of the body art or it is too dark and has faded over time.
I find one of two options work best. # 1 cover it up!! #2 turn it into a piece of art!! Yes, it is simple. When I got married… almost 8 years ago, I had 1 large tattoo on my shoulder. It was pink and red so it definately stood out :) I chose to make it unique to me! So I purchased very small Swarovski Crystals in CLEAR and used DUO glue to outline my tattoo. To my surprise… everyone loved the look. It dressed up my body art and fit into my bridal look! Nobody asked about my one of a kind veil or strappy heals… nope, the fancy tattoo got all the comments!!
So I guess what I wish to express, is be UNIQUE, be CONFIDENT, and be YOURSELF.
